3. What We Are NOT

VeraCapital.VC expressly disclaims being:

A broker or financial intermediary

An investment adviser
A party to any financing transaction

4. User Eligibility

The Platform is available to:

Institutional capital providers (funds, banks, financial institutions)
Registered businesses seeking financing information
Accredited investors and qualified purchasers
Professional users with appropriate authorization

The Platform is not available to retail consumers or individuals seeking personal loans.

5. User Obligations

By using the Platform, you agree to:

10. Indemnification

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
